How to Pay for Your Subscription

We partner with Stripe (for US customers only) and Lemon Squeezy, a merchant of record, to support customers worldwide and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations. We do not store any payment information in our system. You will be redirected to either Stripe or Lemon Squeezy to complete the transaction.
To get started, go to the app’s home tab by clicking on the Bubble Tea app in Slack. Then, click the overflow button (…) as shown in Screenshot 1 below. From the menu, select "Billing and Subscription" to navigate to the second page. Click "New Subscription" to view the pricing based on your team size. The system will then take you to Screenshot 3. Once you're ready, click "Checkout", and the system will open your web browser to initiate your payment session with our payment service.
Once you click Checkout, you will be redirected to the payment processing service (either Stripe or Lemon Squeezy). You will have the opportunity to select the plan that best suits your organization and choose the subscription length. Please note that the yearly subscription includes 2 months free, which is a 16.67% discount.
Other Slack Apps including Franky, Elegant Chat, My Quizzes, My Polls, My Standups, and My Intros , use the same interface for subscriptions.
Please head to the app's home tab, where you will see the “Billing & Subscription” button next to the “Home” button. Click it, and you will see the same subscription dialog as in the Bubble Tea Suite.
There are 2 different pricing models: seat-based and team size-based.
Only Elegant Chat uses the seat-based model to ensure you get the most value while allowing us to maintain competitive pricing, as LLMs can be expensive.
